IN THE MIST OF ALL THAT OUR MENTAL HEALTH CAN ALSO
TAKE A TOLL ON THE WAY THAT WE HANDLE COMMITMENTS AND RESOLUTIONS THAT WE MAKE.
SO WE NEED TO BE SURE TO CATER TO OUR MENTAL HEALTH.

GO OF WHAT YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER AND MOVE ACCORDINGLY TO WHAT YOU CAN
HANDLE.

TALK TO SOMEONE OR EVEN GET A THERAPIST.

A JOURNAL THAT YOU CAN EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS WITH
- · PRAY,
(NOT MANY PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT PRAYER IS POWERFUL)
- · AND
LASTLY LOVE YOURSELF. YOU MATTER FIRST AND FOREMOST SO LEARN TO PUT YOU FIRST!
LETS START THIS NEW YEAR ON SUCH A POSITIVE NOT YOU
