BRINGING IN THE NEW YEAR 2021

 

BRING IN THE NEW YEAR WITH A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE.


 DID YOU KNOW???  THAT 77 PERCENT OF PEOPLE WHO COMMITTED THEMSELVES TO A NEW YEARS RESOLUTION,  ONLY 19 PERCENT OF THOSE ACTUALLY FULFILL THAT COMMITMENT!!!

 

AS THE YEARS PROGRESS THE PERCENTAGE HAS GONE UP OF MANY AMERICANS NOT FULFILLING THEIR COMMITMENTS. SO  WE ASK WHY? A SCIENTIST BY THE NAME OF CHRIS BERDIK EXPLAINED THAT “ PEOPLE TYPICALLY SET LONG LOFT , UNATTAINABLE GOALS FOR THEMSELVES RATHER THEN SMALL ATTAINABLE ONES. “ IN OTHER WORDS IT’S BEST TO MAKE SMALLER COMMITMENTS TO OURSELVES SO THAT WE DO INDEED GIVE OUR SELF THE CHANCE TO ACTUALLY FULFILL THAT RESOLUTION. TRY IT OUT AND SEE IF THOSE FACTS ARE TRUE INDEED.

IN THE MIST OF ALL THAT OUR MENTAL HEALTH CAN ALSO TAKE A TOLL ON THE WAY THAT WE HANDLE COMMITMENTS AND RESOLUTIONS THAT WE MAKE. SO WE NEED TO BE SURE TO CATER TO OUR MENTAL HEALTH.

EXAMPLES OF TAKING CARE OF OUR MENTAL HEALTH WOULD BE :

·     LET GO OF WHAT YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER AND MOVE ACCORDINGLY TO WHAT YOU CAN HANDLE.

  • ·     COMMUNICATE, TALK TO SOMEONE OR EVEN GET A THERAPIST.
  • ·     GET A JOURNAL THAT YOU CAN EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS WITH
  • ·     PRAY, (NOT MANY PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT PRAYER IS POWERFUL)
  • ·     AND LASTLY LOVE YOURSELF. YOU MATTER FIRST AND FOREMOST SO LEARN TO PUT YOU FIRST!

LETS START THIS NEW YEAR ON SUCH A POSITIVE NOT YOU GIVE NO ROOM FOR NEGATIVITY!

2021 IS A YEAR OF MANIFESTATION AND POSITIVE RESULTS!
